Charge calculation, induction melting and ladle treatment with spectrometer-verified chemistry.

Moulding & Pouring

Sand moulding with controlled compaction; temperature-controlled pouring for sound castings.

Fettling & Shot-blast

De-gating, grinding and shot-blasting to deliver a clean, dimensionally-true raw casting.

Metallurgical Testing

Microstructure, hardness and mechanical testing against grade and OEM requirements.

Painting

Surface protection, sub-assembly and packed dispatch to the customer line.

Dispatch

Transferred to our machine shop for CNC operations to final tolerance.
